My life is divided in half. Before and after real estate.

During the first half I lived in various parts of the country, and since real estate my home hs been the Orlando-Winter Park area.

I grew up in Indiana and Ohio.  I served my tour as a Navy Photographer in Washington, D.C.  After a year at Kent State University I married a Yacht Captain. Our home was in Miami for many years. Bob's job would take us to New York, New England, Minnesota and places in between for the summers. During those years I was able to get my Bachelor of Science Degree at Florida Atlantic University.

Then we decided we were ready for a life "ashore".

We moved to Orlando and real estate became our life.  We bought, repaired, rented and sold our own. But throughout, I worked with hundreds of families helping them with their real estate needs.

I've shared the joys of their first homes, and I've helped them sell their homes when it was time to move on, up or down.

I've done all of this in all kinds of markets from 18% interest rates, to booming house prices, to our present market of distressed homes.

Throughout it all, I've remained focused on the fact that we all need a Place to call home.
